Call Center: At program setup, health plans are given toll free numbers so your members can easily and securely place orders over the phone. We have reliable and friendly call center agents that can assist with placing orders and are available to answer any questions your members might have.

Website: We create an easy to use private labeled website for secure ordering. Your members will be able to login to the website and place orders, check their benefit allowance, track their orders and more. We will coordinate with your IT team to process eligibility files securely so member information is always up to date.

Mail in Order Form: Our design team will provide an attractive and easy to read product catalog that follows your branding guidelines. Each catalog comes with a mail-in order form, and an additional order form will be included with each shipment. You have the option to provide prepaid postage for your members.
